Lol, I'm still a bit sad with the galliera gm but I'm not gonna settle for the pm! The Artsy looks much better in real life than on pictures. I'll keep you posted but so far, the handle is not uncomfortable at all!

The SA was shocked and admitted what a shame it was with the galliera gm! They'll probably think I'm psycho but it's not my flaunt when theres flaws in their products!

You're not crazy, I would do the same thing. Why should you pay top dollar for defective luxury? Good to hear that you're not finding the handle uncomfortable. Hopefully the extra padding in the winter months will make it easy to carry and by then it will have softened up

I believe that you made the right decision! I am not sure why LV has not recalled all of the Gallieras. They need to redesign the bag ASAP, because it is gorgeous bag. I love it!!! The Artsy is hot though..
