My sweet husband has recently taken me on a "Tour de Gucci" through Gucci and Gucci outlets in Phoenix, California, and Chicago (we weren't traveling to shop, but we did stop at all the Gucci we passed!). Here are some pics for you to enjoy, and I hope you're having a lovely start to the weekend.
First, let's take a look at the purchases from the full-line Gucci store. There was so much that was visually just FUN to walk through. My favorite stop was the Gucci flagship in downtown Chicago. I haven't been in a while, and it was a feast for the eyes. If you have the chance, I highly recommend stopping in! Now, onto the purchases....
I know many of you are divided about the GUCCY Sega line, but I personally find it super fun. I love the gold foil, and the fact that Gucci knows how to poke a little fun at themselves. I initially ordered the black, but i wasn't in love with the color combination. But then, I saw this teal-ish color, and it was love!
Then, Mr. Stylist decided he needed a man satchel. Prior to this, he mostly stuck to belts, shoes, and wallets, so I was excited to see what he picked. It was the bag I would have picked for him, so maybe we had an ACTUAL moment of being on the same page (stylistically speaking, of course). His pick was a satchel based after a postman's bag, and it seems very durable. My favorite part is the large-scale heavy zipper, and of course, the logo with the house stripe.
These were the only 2 purchases from the full-line store, but we also had a LOT of fun at the Gucci outlets in CA and IL.
