Would love to get a thread going on Amina Muaddi reviews and discussion, as well as photos of your new purchases!

To start off: Can anyone offer some sizing advice? I've heard mixed things about them being TTS, or needing to order a size up or size down.

An SA at Nordstrom told me they are getting a shipment this week including the begum slingbacks!! I know there is a waitlist, but perhaps you can jump on?

Hi, they are both so amazing!!!! I have bought the glass pair but both the heels make squeaking noises when walking. Did you experience anything like that? I probably got a faulty pair although looking at the construction of the heel, I am not surprised at the noises. The teo plastic parts rub at each other. But so far nobody ever mentioned it. Of course I have ordered online and found out when they arrived...

Can anyone comment on whether the Gilda style is comfortable? The straps look pretty flimsy so I'm waffling.

Love these! I was put on a waitlist for 36.5 with my Nordstrom SA, but after the stores started closing he mentioned they probably went to web and I didn't get them Not sure if other SA's at other places have any better access to inventory?

But question for you - how did sizing work? Where they pretty TTS? Any other brands/styles to compare sizing to? Really want a glass pair.

Sorry for the very delayed response. To be honest, I have not worn them yet. I have heard the strap tends to fall off when you are walking. Any updates on the shoes? Have you worn them more now? Are they still making a noise?

So sorry for the delayed response. I tend to be a size 39.5 in this brand. I would say they turn true to European heel size. I tend to wear a 39.5 in gianvito Rossi. In Chanel heels I am a 39. In Valentino I am a 39. In Louboutin I am a 39.5 usually. In Bottega I tend to be a 39 or 39.5.
Were you able to get yours yet? There are newer similar styles coming out now.

no but the bottom came off of one of my satin pairs after 1 wear!!! So disappointed. I have to take it to a cobbler to see if they can make a new one. I emailed Aminas company and got no response
