For the past two years since Covid hit the Americana boutique has suspended changing cord bracelets… and they give no timeline of when they will resume this service. Isn’t this a bit dishonest? I tried contacting customer service but no one really resolves this issue. Any ideas? Im stuck with a bracelet i really can’t use since the cord i have is damaged and I’m really frustrated about it. This is the only Cartier boutique on Long Island.
it’s hypocritical since I can go in and try on a bracelet, but they can’t take my cord and just put a new one on?
