Hers may be designed by Fallon jewelry. fallonjewelry.com- I just checked out the site, there are some really rocking pieces on there. I love the bangles especially.

I checked on Barneys.com but they didn't have the studs.

I'm pretty sure they are Lena Wald Spike earrings (medium size, I think). Other celebrities such as Charlize Theron and Hilary Duff have the same ones.
