Am I overanalyzing my Reverse Pochette Metis?

I purchased my pochette Metis in reverse monogram in August of 2019 and right away I have noticed a minor dent on the bottom right. I figured as I kept using the bag, it will even out--which gradually did. But after reading a few other posts here on purse forum, I've been second-guessing it. I would like to hear others' thoughts on whether or not I should keep the bag or attempt to exchange it/selling&repurchasing. I feel as though I may be overthinking considering it's at the bottom of the bag and the dimple is not as prominent as it used to be. It is still able to stand up without a problem. I've already read other forums regarding the same issue, but would like to know if my bag specifically is deemed ok or not lol may sound silly but I need this for my own peace of mind I guess

If it bothers you, then I would return it and attempt to get another one. For the price of these bags, we should be completely satisfied with them.
However, if it doesn't bother you because it's on the bottom of the bag, then I would keep it. If you want some piece of mind, I would suggest bringing it into the store for an opinion?

To me, that dimple would probably bug me. I had a minor problem on one of my bags and thought I could deal with it but after about a week or two, it was still bothering me so I ended up returning the bag and felt much better about it. I didn't want a bag that was defective, even a little bit.

My reverse pm has this exact same dimple. I’ve kept it because it doesn’t bug me and the rest of the bag is perfect otherwise (I don’t necessarily view the dimple as an imperfection). I ordered mine in July 2019; it was made in the US in the second week of July. I wonder if this dimple effect is unique to a specific batch of pms?

For what it's worth, I'm extremely picky with bags and this wouldn't bother me. I doubt LV would consider this a defect and you've used the bag.

I bought a Favorite MM for a vacation bag. It had some puckering I didn't like, but I kept it and used it on that one trip. I bugged me so I sold it on Fashionphile b/c it was my choice to keep it and use it. I got most of my money back. The reverse is so popular, you will get most or all back if you sell.

Very true, my pm has no other issues either. I guess I began overanalyzing due to the amount of forums and youtube reviews I've been going over.

If reading the forum caused you to second-guess, then IMO yes you are overanalyzing

This forum is great for all of us to share our love of LV, but it's also a curse because lots of people start to over think things and see defects that are really not defects...just natural variations in manufacturing....

Go and enjoy your bag. How often will you look at the bottom of the bag? ;)
