I think, at this point, your best option would be to call CS at the main BV number, or your local (or closest to you) boutique. Sorry you haven't had a better response to your question.
I used their service before when I had some of my clothes I bought from the outlet altered. I had to pay for it because the SA said I did not buy it from their boutique. However, since the SA I was working with is already working on another brand, I am now going directly to their designated tailor.
