A few months ago I had my Mia Patent Convertible sent in for repair when the stitching that attaches the strap to the bag started coming apart. Coach fixed it and sent it back to me. Now the same stitching is coming apart again! Should I be upset? I mean, I could go in and ask to have it sent out again, but what if I had no other bag to carry in the meantime. Luckily I do, but it's a pain in the you know what driving out to the store and then waiting over a month for it to come back. Should I be asking for store credit or something? I want the bag to get fixed but don't want to deal with this every couple months. Thanks for your opinions.
