Looking for an everyday crossbody. Im in my early 30s, no kids to worry about extra stuff to carry. Usually just have my key cles, mask, iphone pro max, airpods, power bank, lipstick or two and a compact powder, maybe my passport/boarding pass if im traveling. What do you guys think? Im not a collector by any means, so this would be a pretty huge purchase, definitely need all the suggestions/opinions I can get.

Alma is the "most Vuitton" a bag can get. It is here since the age of Mademoiselle Chanel, and will be here at the end of the century.
The Lockme is just a — no offence — a Kelly-wannabe and a test product. They try to poke the market from time-to-time with bags like this to see if they catch on or not. Usually they don't. It was clearly designed to lure the Kelly-loving people, but the design doesn't feel as timeless and the leather it is made of is also not iconic. Épi or Vernis or even canvas any day over the Lockme.

The LockMe Ever in the BB and MM was at the top of my list, but there were none in Paris when I was there to purchase.
Depending on which Alma BB you are looking at, the savings would be substantial compared to the price of the LockMe Ever Mini. You could get bandeaus for the handles, a charm or a new slg to add to your collection and stay around the same price as just the LockMe.
I would look at both in person if possible and see which one you love the most.

I have two Alma BB's and I definitely recommend that. I brought one of them to Europe with me and it was great as a crossbody. Go with that. It fits more than it looks.
That's the bandouliere strap that LV is pushing with a lot of bags. I'm personally not a fan either. The black or indigo epi Alma BB comes with a regular leather strap.
Having owned the LockMe in a BB size (slightly different but almost the same), I think the Alma is a better choice.
From the looks of the photos online, the LockMe ever mini appears to be made of the same type of leather as the LockMe BB. That leather is quite soft and malleable. You would probably have to have a bag insert to help keep it's shape. I found the lack of structure and support a little annoying, especially when the bag was not filled. It's hard to press in and close the bag when it's not full. It will also sag at the bottom because again, soft leather.
The Alma's canvas material is more stiff and holds structure better. It also has feet at the bottom so the canvas does not touch where it is being placed.

That is only for the new seasonal pink. The classic Rose Ballerine one has a normal strap.
It shows on the international site. It looks like it isn't available in the USA as the stock number (M41327) doesn't come up with any results when searching on the US site and it does not show as in stock in any US stores when searching stock on the international site.
Alma bb gets my vote. Have the black epi with matching black leather strap. I wouldn’t suggest the epi ones with the jacquard straps, those are way too trendy. It zips up securely, so is a nice lightweight sightseeing bag when you travel and is a great city bag for every day. Really secure. Capacity is small, but sounds like you don’t need too much space. Hth!

It is still here in Europe. Very popular, I hope they won't discontinue it.
