Alma bb missing clochette, key and lock? Is a replacement possible?

Hmmm it's a little tricky. You will find that some SAs may not sell to you but I also know someone they sold to. I suggest you go to the store with your Alma and nicely explain that you need to buy the replacement clochette, lock and key for your Alma. You don't have to go into details of how or where you purchased the bag, and if they check your purchase history (which they would very likely do), just say you did not buy it yourself. Hope this helps.
No need to apologize! If you don't have a store nearby...the care services through the LV app will sell you spare parts. I've ordered several for vintage pieces I've bought off eBay, no one asked me for a receipt or anything like that, just photos of the bag.

I also attempted to get a replacement lace for a noe…which was the only negative experience I’ve had with them, but they did allow me to return the incorrect lace they sent me for a full refund - so I guess alls well that ends well.

Hello, I also bought a pre-loved Alma bb without the keys and lock. You can ask your SA and they can order it for you. It's a replacement piece so some SA's will do it and some will not. I think I paid $30 for the set.
No problem. Be aware that they will only sell you a luggage tag if you own a piece that came with a luggage tag, and even then, will only sell you the exact size/color luggage tag that originally came with said piece.
Edited to add: I've been charged $100 for replacement luggage tags, regardless of their size.
