My SA helped me ordered a pair of Eze from another store. I already paid upfront as of last Monday but still haven’t received any tracking information it’s been 7 days. Anyone else had this issue before?

Inquire with your SA. Annoyingly, someone at the other store has to accept the purchase, pull the stock, and mail it out. Sometimes they just...don't. Your SA will need to follow up with them to get them to proceed or else it will hang forever.

@mydogisadiva It depends on how soon said store packages the shipment and fed ex picks up. I’ve received a tracking order on the same day and also several days after paying for my order in store. I would give it a week and if you do not see a fedex email with tracking order within a week, then I would inquire. I know, we are always giddy and impatient to see that our orders are processed. Once it took like a week, once it took a month...just kind of depends. My SA and I don't like to do this unless it's something I really want or a size I really need because I would rather just have the immediate gratification. But I also know if I go this method, I just have to wait and it's not like pulling from a central inventory. I also am pretty sure I've never gotten a tracking number, I just get told when it arrives at the store (unless they specifically told you it will ship directly to you).
