I have been wanting this bag for a looooonnnnnggggg time. I saw it pop up on the SAS on Wednesday and I got a pretty nice Christmas bonus that same day, so of course Merry Christmas to meeee!!! I got a little panicky when yesterday morning I saw that the shipment status was "contact customer service." I called and the lady told me that the system flagged that because JAX did not have any in the warehouse, so it was coming from the nearest FP store with it in stock. More panic. Some stores are not the best at boxing bags that are orders to customers through JAX. I saw it was coming from South Coast Plaza in Los Angeles and my panic subsided a little. I have been to that store, it is gorgeous and the SAs there are so nice. I paid extra for the signature confirmation and took the day off work to wait for it. To my excitement, the bag was boxed and tied with a bow!! Who's ready to see what I got!?

Logo Embossed Toaster in Doe!!! I had to return my last toaster from the FOS because after 2 days the Coach heat stamp logo across the from started coming off! She is already unwrapped. All the hardware, etc. was wrapped in foam. The only thing she did not come with was the price tag.

Congrats on your new bag! As for the returned bag, I would have never imagined the heat stamp coming off possible? Was it stamped too deeply or something?

The silver was flaking off. You could rub your finger across it and it would come off and the silver would be on your finger. I did not put anything like conditioner on the bag, so it was bizarre. The CH at the end was barely visible when I took it in. The SA at the outlet I returned it to even ran her finger across it and she gave a little eep to see the silver on her finger. It was like whatever process did not take or they forgot to put over it to keep it from coming off. No wonder it was a deal on FOS :laugh:

Oh, okay. I get it now. I must have misunderstood. I thought you had bought the same bag as you just revealed and somehow the logo was falling off. I was like, "Huh?" :amuse:
