Does anyone had any issues purchasing from Alexander Wang online shop? Im from Australia and bought their A.Wang Beats headphone and im getting a bit frustrated.... can anyone please share your experience?

I'm located in US and have always received my orders in a timely manner. Usually get a shipping notice within 48 hours. They are slow to credit returns though.

I ordered a Rockie from their website on the 20th of May, it was shipped on the 23rd, and I received it on the 26th.
