Hey girls I need your help I'm dying to get this AM dress

but i'm super confused about the sizing
i saw it on farfetch.com and it said the model is wearing a Medium thats a US 8, UK 12, IT 44
and then saw the same dress on NAP and it said the model's wearing a size IT40, US 4, UK 8
I'm a US 4-6, UK 8-10 it can't be possible that the model's bigger than me
i got super confused after that am I supposed to go US TTS or size up????

NAP gives recommended sizing information under the "Size and Fit" tab for each product. For this dress it says "True to size; fitted style; those with a large bust may wish to take the next size up". Their recommendations are usually pretty accurate in my experience.
They also provide item measurements which you could compare against a dress you already own. HTH!
