The post came out when I pulled too hard to get back off. Do you think this is something that a jeweler can fix? Just wondering because it is lucite. If not, maybe some crazy glue?

Send it back to them. If it is less than a year old (and you have proof) they will fix it free, or there might be a small fee (less than $20) to fix it. Send a note to Jodi via their website. They are really nice and super accommodating!!
