Alaia Bombe Studded Heels

Hi All,

I have been admiring these shoes for a while now and have decided to purchase them. I rarely wear heels but these seem to be a "must-have". I have tried on the patent nude 9cm heels, which I love as the legs look amazingly slim and long in them.. Found the black suede ones too, which seem to go very well with black outfits. Now I am not sure if I should buy the patent Nude or black suede ones. Both are 9cm.

I think these shoes will last a long while as Alaia is timeless.

What do you all think? Nude patent? Black suede? Timeless? Any advise will be much appreciated.

I think the nude makes the design stand out more, and its a nice neutral nude, as least in pic.

I have them in the blush suede and I love them. I think the nude patent will go with everything

So I have recently “discovered” the Alaia bombe as well (I know, I am super late to the party).

I will spend this amount on a louboutin or manolo pump I will wear to work but never have I spent that much on a sandal. Can I wear them in the summer with cigarette pants and a blouse or blazer to work or are they really more of a party/event shoe?

Yes, I think you can wear them casually. I find them very versatile. I wear them with boy cut torn jeans folded up with a loose top and these shoes just tie the whole outfit together in a smart casual and elegant way.

What size did you get in these? I'm a US Size 8 and wear 38.5 in most European designers like CL, Aquazzura, etc. Should I order 38.5? I also read that these run big

I am also kinda late to the game.. but thought these might be the perfect shoe for a wedding. do you find them comfortable?

Also wondering how comfortable they are! And would anyone be able to advise on the 90 vs 110? Is there much of a difference in comfort?
