At first I just wanted to ask about the chain for fun...didn't think I'd buy it...but when I heard the other SA telling my SA that the chain was only $30, and that they should key it in as a "repair" item instead of a for sale item, and there will be no tax on it...I'm like, I'll take it...hehe.

I don't think the chain is a regular retail item...it is available as a replacement/repair item that you have to order. jadegurl...I think you were in the right place at the right time
