Hi everyone, my beloved mini orange puzzle bag has a stain on the front. I’ve taken it to the after care service and been told the turnaround is 4 months! I wanted to check has anyone had experience of how long it takes and the cost?
I bought mine 2 months ago from Selfridges so it should be covered by the warranty but was told that’s one of the things they decide and I may have to pay.
