after Balenciaga, what is your second favourite brand?

Am i the only one around bridging the Hermes-Balenciaga gap?
To me, the H bags are perfect for formal, dressed-up occasions. I pick them up when I want to underline my authority or look more conservatively elegant.
The contrary with B bags. I am about to buy one and it will be the bag to show my more informal, fashion-aware side...

LV. I only own two, but I adore them. My mono speedy 25 and mono batignolles horizontal. Those are the only two LV bags I even want, so I feel very satisfied with them.

I keep trying to branch out to other brands, but while I find styles I think are interesting, I haven't found anything else I actually want to own other than BV - which I can't afford to indulge as much as Balenciaga.

I think MJ Collection leather is really amazing. I'm not sure why more people don't like B-bags and MJ for the leather + colors combo. ??
