I have been waiting for the yellow gold small model Clash bracelet, finally it is available. But now I am torn by whether waiting another couple of years for the paved version or just get the plain version now. Really appreciate that two fellows here (Emily1830 and Miminkat) spent lots of time and made me almost jump to the order. But I am still not 100% ready and feel I need a bit more voices. TIA for your input.

I plan to get this bracelet to stack with my two other bracelets: reg diamond JUC (with diamonds on nail and head), reg plain Love, both in yellow gold. I have always wanting to have a paved diamond bracelet, and think the Clash would be my last chance (have no plan to get a fourth bracelet in future). I like the Pave clash because the diamonds is low key (small) enough to wear 24/7 anywhere without concern. But not sure how many more years I need to wait. If I buy the plain Clash now, would my stacking appear too metal heavy and lack of sparkling ? (reg diamond JUC + reg plain Love + small plain Clash, all in yellow gold). Unfortunately I am
not able to try the bracelet in store due to distance. If the overall look is not like a block of gold, I would be happy I think.

I can understand your dilemma. I currently have the plain YG classic JUC and have waited until now for the YG small Clash. I plan to purchase at the end of this month.

To break up the block of gold I also want a pave bracelet but would love a medium sized pave love which currently does not exist. I will be 50 in 2 years so hoping to celebrate that milestone with the medium pave at that time. The classic pave love is too big for me in my opinion and the small is not worth the cost.

Long story short I can wait as the pave will be the final piece of my Cartier bracelet stack.

How do you plan to organize your stack? If you put the JUC with diamonds in the middle it may provide enough bling to “break up” the mass of gold.

So I am almost always prefer pave pieces but in this instance I actually think there's something really special about the non-pave option. The regular clash is so shiny with the way it reflects light, I don't think it needs diamonds to sparkle. Personally, I'd pick plain. BUT, if you really love the pave and want it, I say it is better to wait to buy exactly what you want than 'settle' on a piece you aren't head over heels about.

I voted for the plain gold clash because I would agree with pp the clash is so shiny without diamonds it catches the light beautifully, and perhaps with the money you save from buying non pave version you could maybe get the Etincelle in white gold as a little bumper 😁 to break up all the gold.

I received my yellow gold clash on Thursday and I could not be happier, I plan on buying a second Etincelle in maybe yellow gold (not decided yet) or perhaps another white gold as I love the sparkle they add without adding too much bulk 😂😁 then finally waiting for the medium pave love.

Thanks for the shout out. The clash with diamonds is hard to see in the single row version. I almost got the pave ring but you can’t see the diamonds that much compared to the plain. I recommend getting the plain Clash and adding a diamond tennis bracelet or Etincelle if you ever want more sparkle. Diamonds on the Clash in the future will also jack up the price significantly. IMO not worth it for the lack of visibility.

Thank you all for your input. I have placed the order and my Clash will arrive this Wednesday! Even the paved version is available now, I wouldn’t choose it and will go for plain Clash + a separate diamond bracelet as you all suggested. This “design” is actually consistent with the choices of my other pieces: my Perlee 1 row diamond ring (plain signature Perlee ring + maillon panthere 12 diamond band), my Love 3 row pave ring (plain love rings + small pave love band). I enjoy these combos every minute. I am able to enjoy the original design and extra sparkling at the same time. Also, during day light, the plain yellow gold is actually shinier than diamond version. The diamond gives extra sparking under overhead light. Another thing I like these stacking is that it adds personality and our own design! Really happy with my Clash choice, thanks to you all! Will share photos once I receive it!

Is this the small clash? Funnily enough I had the clash and pave panthere and was debating the plain bracelet but not sure how it would stack. Thanks for the pics!

Hi yes it is the small clash, the pave panthere is a stunning bracelet I keep going back and forth over whether to get the medium pave love (when it is available) or the pave panthere can never have to many cats 🐈‍⬛ 🫣 I think they would stack so well with the clash decisions decision’s I will wait until the end of the summer when I go to Paris and hopefully get to try them on.
Do you still have both the pave panthere and the clash? If so and you do get to try on with the plain panther please do post a picture😁 I could imagine a clash between the two pantheres 😂😂

The Etincelle bracelet will be my next purchase! It is simple and elegant! How is the size compare to Clash?

And how you like the etincelle stacked with Clash only? Love it so much wanting to buy 2, one on each arm!

My wrist is 15cm my clash is 16 and my Etincelle is a 17 I tried the 16 in the Etincelle it did fit but I prefer the way the 17 looks and I think they line up well with each other.

I love the clash and Etincelle together 🥰
The picture below is the Etincelle in a size 16 just for comparison it looks ok but I didn’t like the way it hit my wrist bone. I also think due to the shape of the Etincelle it looks better mixing the 16 clash with the 17 Etincelle they line up better for me
