Advise. I'm a thirty-year-old guy who dresses classic (blue-grey) and I usually wear the Trinity large full pave on my left ring finger and on my right arm a 2.5 carat tennis with the classic Love full pave. Would you add the small Love full pavè as a third bracelet or do you advise me not to add it? Thank you

Give us some time and do you have a picture? A small pavé is really nice, I have two and adore them so much. However, I would not combine the SM and regular pavés.

I tend to wear a lot of jewelry, and usually have the option of sleeves to roll down over if I decide to cover

ETA: I’m not a minimalist, and I think you always have the option of removing the tennis bracelet, so I’m inclined to vote yes.

I would wait for release of medium pavé Love and see how that looks. Imo the small pavé kind of gets lost next to full pavé which is just such a gorgeous statement piece

I would love to see a picture of your current bracelets together so I can better envision what a third would look like.

I'll wait to vote in case you post a picture as that may affect my opinion, but right now, I'm inclined to say that there's no need to add another pave. Although, I could also see that it might look nice in a "more is more" kind of way. So, yeah, a picture would help.
