Advice on which bag?

I recently purchased a couple of pink bags from Chanel’s new 23k collection! (pink is my favorite color and this coral pink specifically is to die for)
One of the bags I got is this mini 22 in coral pink caviar. I had been wanting a mini 22 for some time and when I saw this pink I fell in love. Also it’s caviar! But I recently also saw that there will be a small classic flap coming out in this same color. Should I exchange it for the classic? I currently have a classic flap in black caviar and the second back I purchased was a light pink rectangular flap with the little camellia on the CC. I was thinking that the mini 22 is kind of a different style — plus, it’s unique that it’s in caviar since this is the first time. At the same time, the CF is one of my favorite styles (double the price too though). I know Chanel doesn’t repeat colors and I truly adore this color. I don’t want two bags in the same color though (unless the color is black or some other neutral), because it feels somewhat redundant. Any advice?

I am recently obsessed with pink too. The classic will appreciate more but at the same time, the increases have to slow down. Get both and see which bag is harder for you to part with.

The 22 is casual and you can use it more day to day. However, there will be a time when the 22 won't be on trend in a few years. like the 19 and the boy is less popular now. If 5+ years will you wish you would have gotten the classic flap in the pink in 5 years? There are those who don't care about trends. Are you that person?

Personally, I know the classic is double the price, but if you love the color maybe you should consider the longevity of the bag style.

If you can afford both do it, having bags in similar colors is not an issue to me, otherwise get the CF.

Get both! I love black and I have so many Chanel black bags. These are different enough that they serve different purpose.

I have two Hermes bags in exactly the same of green, I don't see the issue of having the same colour in two separate bag styles if it's a preferred colour. It could become your signature. Like you say, the colour won't repeat, so if you love it and it works with your wardrobe, forget the general rule and make your own.

Keep this one. It’s fun and it’s exactly what you wanted. Agree with others that if you love the new one, get that one too. No one 2ould bat an eyelash, if both were black bags.

Hi there! my opinion would be not a popular one perhaps, but I will share.

Although this 22 mini coral bag is adorable and perfect for casual setting, I think a small classic flap takes precedence any day. CF is iconic, it will never go out of style esp in caviar leather and it keeps getting more and more expensive. Buying it now, guarantees it will be cheaper today, expensive tomorrow. I am almost certain there will be a price increase towards the end of this year. Mini 22 is adorable, but it isnt a forever bag. Also I have heard so many horror stories re. the bag falling short on quality. I mean, of course that isnt a reflection of the entire 22 line, it could totally just be a case of a few bad apples.

If you still love this and want to keep this, perhaps consider parting ways with the light pink rectangular flap with the camellia on the CC that you mentioned?

There is really nothing wrong with having two bags of the same colour. I wouldn't let that hold me back! Buy both by all means if the budget allows. But if i had to choose one, it would be CF, anyday.
