Advice on limited inventory pieces?!

I am trying to purchase an item that I believe is located in Atlanta. I am in DC.

I contacted customer service and was told the only way to buy the item is in person. I thought LV did phone orders?!

I mean why is it so hard to give my money away, lol. Is there another workaround that will allow me to get this bag?
 
Any salesperson can turn into your SA if you go to the store.

I did. They told me they can’t call another store? I don’t know if that’s true or not. That’s why I said I don’t have a SA. They told me to call the 866 number.

I guess I could go to another LV store in the area.

Everything I have purchased this year has been online. This piece is not online.
 
How did you learn it's in Atlanta, and did you try calling that store? I'm wondering if the client system is nationalized so they can find you and be inclined to help you out. (I have no idea.)

I can see the inventory online. When I tried calling the store, it goes to 866 number, not the store.
 
I am surprised any SA at the store you went to couldn’t give you a payment link for the item. I bought an LE piece from another store and my SA gave me a link to pay and the item was shipped from that store. I was surprised the item didn’t have a card for any SA at the store for maybe a future purchase. I agree sometimes with LV you can’t even give your money away, they make it difficult. I am like @BULL , so curious as to what you bought. I am glad it worked out and you were able to get the item…
