Advice on birthday gift from Cartier!

Hi everyone. I am coming upto my 26th birthday in February, and I am struggling to pick what I would like from my partner (first world problems...). My options are the Cartier Juste en clou (small size, I have small wrists and don't wear chunky jewellery), Cartier love huggie style earrings, and a wild card of Tiffany smile earrings with diamonds. (I've attached photos). For Cartier - I don't own any Cartier pieces and have always wanted the JEC or the love bracelet but that is a bit out of my budget. I also don't have any everyday gold hoops (but have gold studs from Tiffanys). For the Tiffanys WG earrings, I have a lot of Sterling silver pieces from Tiffs and wanted to get an everyday WG look set of earrings. My question is what should I get? Any advice/tips or modelling pics would be so much appreciated!!!

Happy Early Birthday!
I actually bought the Tiffany Smile (mini) earrings in RG with diamonds and ended up returning them because in real life (outside of store lighting) the diamonds are so small and subtle that it felt like a waste of money. They might perform differently in WG, so take what I said with a grain of salt.

I have the Cartier mini Love hoops in YG and absolutely adore them! They are the perfect size and shape for a huggie IMO. Another amazing feature is that they are slightly angled for each ear to lay perfectly and not stick out weird like most hoops do.

I think the mini JUC is super cute, but I saw you always wanted something from the Love or JUC collection. If price wasn’t an issue would you still want the small version of the JUC? If you would, then I vote for that. If you feel like you may wish you got the regular size later, then I say get some earrings now instead.

I also vote for the Love Small Huggie earrings. I got them early last year in YG and love them!

In fact, it was @Violet Bleu that did the model shot for me - displaying how they hugged the ear & explained how they are designed to be angled for each ear in order to be faced outward and displayed that persuaded me.

They are discreet yet very substantial and beautiful.

If you like bracelets/bangles and the sensation of having them on your wrist doesn’t bother you, I vote JUC! Bracelets are very noticeable and always a great investment, every time you look down you’ll be reminded of what a thoughtful gift it was.

However, I do have friends that don’t like the sensation of bracelets on their wrist while typing. If you’re one of these people, go for the Cartier earrings!

I’m a similar age to you and think the Cartier collections are perfect. They’re modern but will also age very well. Also, non-diamond pieces are so carefree and you can enjoy them all the time!

Thank you!! It's a tough choice, I'm probably veering towards the small JUC. I don't live in a city with a store so I'll be ordering and trying on in advance at home.

Completely agree with you on bracelets. I have a lot of tiffany YG and sterling silver bracelets that I still love and wear more so than earrings. Might be the push I need to go for the JUC

100% agree with this advice! If you really love the original JUC or Love, consider waiting a while and saving up for it since these are pieces for life! Happy birthday!

Ah I think I should've been clearer sorry! I meant I've wanted something from Love or JUC collections irrespective of size :) since I cannot try it on in store I'm leaning towards the smaller versions since I usually wear smaller pieces.
