Advice needed, rebuilding my handbag collection

So recently I had my handbags stolen and I've had to rebuild my collection from scratch except for one (Fendi 2 jours).

Luckily insurance has come through and I'm replacing them:smile1:

I've decided to replace with fewer but higher end handbags that are hopefully classic and here is where I am today:
Fendi 2 jours black - day to evening bag
Celine Micro burgundy - my luxury have to have bag
Celine trio small pink - spring summer crossbody for on the go and clutch
Chloe Hayley nut - casual all season
PS 1 midnight - winter/nasty weather bag carry all
MK tote black - for work

Advice needed:
I think I'm going to wait until next season to get another spring/summer color any ideas on what kind?
Am I missing anything? Still not 100% on the PS1, so I could swap that one out.

what a horrible thing to happen, poor you. I think the new bags you've chosen are a lovely mix of styles and colours, they look beautiful together. I'd wait and see what sings to you next - you'll probably know it as soon as you see it!

You have great taste--this is a lovely mix of colors and styles. I don't know how recent your purchases are, and hate to be the first person to say something negative, but I had a bad experience with Fendi saffiano and swore it off as a result. I used to have a cherry medium 2Jours, a petite black 2Jours, and a cherry crayons wallet. The wallet developed white spots--I don't know how--that couldn't be removed. I sold all three. The 2Jours is a beautiful bag, but I don't think the saffiano leather is the best. I was also worried about whether it would hold its shape--the sides give and the front panels don't, which is a little odd. Some of the pre-loved ones (mediums, at least) looked a little schlumpy to me on re-sale sites.

I feel like something fun and multi-color would be a nice addition. Maybe an evening bag. Saint Laurent has some beautiful ones. Or a Proenza Schouler PS11. I love your PS1 but another one to consider in the same category is the Mulberry Alexa. My glossy buffalo one is indestructible.

Thanks for the advice, I have had the 2 jours for a while now and it's still as good as new but I was thinking about the Fendi By the Way so I will definitely have to do some more research.

Love the Saint Laurent bags, definitely a contender! I also really like the Alexa, I have always compared the ps1 to the Alexa. I got the PS1 because it was on sale and Mulberry is really hard to see in person where I am.
