First of all, I don't think you can go wrong with any of those options! Here is my opinion...

I like option 4. I love the gorgeous and classy Mirabeau bag and the fun and playful neverful. You have covered all the basis.

Agreed. You have the Mirabeau for work and the Neverfull for play. Just make sure the GM is the "right" sized Neverfull. You did not mention her proportions, but the GM is a *big* bag. Even as a tall bigger gal, I find it large (I love it that way, but not everyone does).
