


So I need some help. I dread buying from online because I hate not being to check the bag over before taking it home. But I caved and bought the micro djoy online at the very last minute before the price increase and now I’m stuck in this dilemma. The outside looks perfectly fine but then I find this noticeable mark on the inner suede. I immediately went into my Dior to ask about options (was hoping they could easily fix the mark) but was told there’s nothing they can do there. The SA said I can try to exchange it online but who knows if they’ll mail me another one with different defects. He said the store can order me a new one so I can inspect in store like I alway do, but then this means it’ll be at the new price. I don’t know if I’m bothered enough by the mark to go through all the trouble. Does it bother anyone else? I know we all would like a perfect bag esp at this price point but I read enough horror stories in this forum about Dior online service that I’m conflicted. Would appreciate other ppl’s thought on what I should do. Thanks!
