Advice if you can?

I had a minor accident over 2 months ago. The girl was claiming injury, so my insurance company said they would do a full investigation and I would probably have to make a formal statement and possibly go to court.

I haven't heard anything for six weeks and I am wondering what is going on

Should I call or just leave them to it?

If it were me, I would call my insurance agent and find out what if anything is going on.. Hope it all goes well for u.

I was in your place a few years ago. I didn't call...I just let the insurance company do their thing. In the end, they paid the other person a small settlement without needing anything else from me.

Six weeks isn't a very long time for these things. It could easily be six months or more.

Leave it to the insurnace company...

If u are making a true claim, then u have ful rights to call them and see what they have to say, if they did not hear from you they will investigate more
