Advice for Speedy please

I have Speedy 25 b monogram and it is my favorite every day bag when is sunny and no rain .
I want to add another Speedy 25 but in DE so I can carry it during winter days.

But not sure-to get Speedy 25 de with or without strap?
If I get another b25, it would be like having the exactly same bag. I am not sure is that smart move
If I get classic 25, it would be like another style…

I always think it's a good idea to get the strap. You can carry it without if you want. But having the strap available is like a bonus to me.

I’d get the b25. Several of us have the same bag in different prints. I personally have 3 pochette Métis and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one because it’s favorite style.

B25 all the way. It’s no good without straps. You might regret it. It’s all really the same bag, with or without a strap so might as well choose the one that’s more functional.

B25, mono and DE are very different and if rain/snow and you’re using an umbrella you’ll be glad to have the strap.

100% get it with the strap. I’d never carry my speedy if It weren’t for getting the speedy b. The strap makes it effortless and versatile.

I’ve had both, and prefer no strap. The 25 is a perfect hand held size, and in DE you won’t have to worry about the handles getting uneven. I have fairly small arms and when I need to be hands free I just slide it up to my elbow.
As long as fits your lifestyle, I think it’s the way to go.

I'd definitely get the DE 25B if the higher price is not an issue. It is basically the same bag but with the strap option and therefor much more versatile. If you want to carry it handheld then you can just detach the strap .

I never bought a 25 and was always a 30 girl. UNTIL, I got an Empriente Bicolor 25 bandolier in black/creme. The zipper comes over the corners so really easy to see inside, I love her. The leather has held up very well and of course weatherproof.

DE ( or black leather bag) is not absolutely needed to get a strap, that being said, I have a mono Speedy 25 classic & 30 classic limited editions (no strap) too because I like the look of it, and I have other Speedy b 25 & 30 (mono & DE) with strap

2. Having two versions of the same bag is not redundant if used for different reasons

I personally have the b25 in both monogram and Damier Ebene prints. I use the monogram as you do in sunny weather and day outings. I use the Damier Ebene version when wearing darker colors, weather challenges, or shopping. I love them both.

I would get the 25B for the hands free, shoulder and crossbody option.
