Im really interested with an 18k gold cuff bracelet on its smallest available size available. Problem is i have very tiny wrist so the smallest size is still loose on me. Any expert jewellers here can give advice if it is safe to bend the tips of a gold cuff bracelet to make it tighter or any other means to make it fit tighter the safest way possible? I have seen youtube videos that this is possible with sterling silver jewelry but havent seen anything with gold jewelry.

I would take it to a jeweler to help you adjust it! I wouldn’t do it myself. It should be quick and inexpensive, but if you try to do it alone it could end up being a very expensive mistake!
I would agree with Pevi's comment. Depending on your gold content, if you do it yourself you can either break it while bending it or distort the shape. Also, if it has any kind of stone, you can easily pop them out of place. Leave it to the professional, at least they can fix it if they mess up.
