Does anyone have any experience with ordering from a boutique that needed the shipping address to be changed? It's been a while since I've purchased directly from a boutique and since then my address has changed. I'm trying to order a bag now but my shipping address is wrong, is there anyway to change your address without going to the boutique?

Yes, I did recently. However, my billing/shipping address were the same. When I called the Chanel Customer Service to locate my bag they looked up my profile and sent a request to the boutique. I told them that my address had changed. They told me that I needed to go into the boutique to update my address but then I don’t live near one. So when the SA from the boutique called me to place the remote order I requested her to update my address and she did it in a heartbeat without any problem. Hope you can do the same.
