Additional holes for strap?

I ordered a beautiful mini Ostrich Capucines but the strap is a bit long on me. Does anyone know if I can send it to LV for additional holes? I’m willing to pay to have them added. I would appreciate any information on the process. My SA doesn’t seem to know. Thanks so much for your help.

There are no holes with eyelets on this bag, or am I wrong? So you could do it on your own if you get punch pliers. It is pretty easy. Or - if you don't want to - you could go to a cobbler.

If there is room, and it’s a matter of punching them out, I cannot imagine LV would charge or refuse! Would love to see an action pic when you are done! Am sure the bag is spectacular

ETA: hope the strap doesn’t have to be trimmed

There is room but you’re right, I don’t want them to trim the strap. Every inch cost a pretty penny I haven’t posted an action pic but you can see it under the, “Joyous July 2023 Purchases” thread, #52. Thanks for your reply. You are a steady font of kindness and wisdom on TPF.
