I finally got the call from order management today! They started the refund process today and I should have my money back in 3 to 5 days! Just in time for empreinte!

here's a hug from me....but don't tell my wife. wow, absolutely speechless. i am sorry to hear this. makes me feel better that i didn't try to order online. i bought my wife a tivoli pm for xmas and they weren't avail anywhere (online or at the stores). after calling 20+ stores, i finally found one in pennsylvania. told them i wanted it, paid for it over the phone and had it shipped to me. no problems. you've definitely made me think twice about purchasing online.

sometimes i think when you're dealing with someone over the phone, the opportunity is easier for them to be jerks, rude, uncaring, etc. but when you're talking face to face with someone, it seems to be different.

hopefully you'll receive a resolution soon and can put all of this behind you.
