Hi! Just wanted to let you know what happened to me this afternoon. I was sitting in a chair at a desk, then stood up, grabbing my Duffle off of the desktop. The clasp on one end of my bag strap sprung apart with great force. I was able to find the biggest component and a skinny spring, which I had not known was a part of this type of clasp. I was missing the tiny round end cap at the bottom. Thankfully, someone else was able to find that tiny round end cap with the word Coach imprinted into it, and I was able to reassemble the clasp, and then re-attach the strap to the bag.
Just know that if this ever happens to you, that you can screw the Coach end cap (with spring already placed back into the hollow tube of the clasp) right back in again to fix the clasp rather easily. I am so glad I was able to fix it myself, rather than having to send the strap back to Coach for repairs and/or parts. I will keep my Duffle less loaded with "stuff" in the days ahead.
