So, my first bag that I pulled out for Fall this year was my beloved Campbell in merlot. I carried it a couple days before I noticed the handles were fading. I continued carrying it to see if it would bother me. It did. I'd only just bought the bag last year around Christmas so I hadn't really carried it that much.
I called customer service and they asked me to send it in for possible repairs. About a week later, I got an email from them saying that it couldn't be fixed and they were giving me a $500 budget to pick a new bag. Now, I sent in my original receipt so they new my bag retailed for $358 and I paid $158 BUT they gave me a $500 budget y'all!!
All my other MKs still look new, so I'm pleased that when I finally had a problem, it was resolved to my satisfaction.
So, introducing my new Quincy in plum.....[emoji7]
