A small *welcome* gift for myself!

I went for my 3rd surgery (since Dec 2008) on Monday, 3 August and just got discharged on Thursday, 6 August...being sick had really taught me that life is too short...so I never stinge on pampering myself big time and this time inorder to *welcome*me back (touch wood!)..I bought something and planned it to be delivered while I am still in the hospital...so that once I am back home, I will have a lovely surprise...
