I have to give a huge shout out to the MCM bag company. I carelessly left my expensive cell phone in the outside pocket of a bag that I returned. I called the company the next morning and I could not have been treated better. I have since contacted and talked to the customer service department three times... three different people and every single one of them has been sincerely concerned about this and helpful. I am thrilled to report that my phone is on its way home, mailed free and I have the tracking number. We too often complain and too rarely post when we get stellar service!! YEA MCM.
