I wonder, if you know MJ has a small wallet very similar to your new zip wallet but without the zipper? I love small wallets myself but find it cumbersome to have to unzip to access my cards

actually i just looked at your pictures again and realize it's not a zipper over the entire wallet. OMG i want one now! I like how the credit card/bill fold section is held together by a button and the zipper is only around the extra pockets. Ah!

The only thing I don't like about this wallet is that it opens backwards (IMO), where you'd think it would open right to left (like a book), it opens left to right (I always forget and then it's upside down when I open it!). And you're right, the zipper only goes around the change pockets
Smaller MJ wallets have been very HTF -- this is the first one I've seen at MJ stores in years. Kiki has one that doesn't have a zipper (the Basic) - I considered getting this one myself, but I really wanted another color

i like your wallet better than the one on Kiki. There's something about the padlock that is just so darling!
you should order one from the MJ website -- you can always return it if it's not for you. if you were to do a charge send from one of the boutiques, you'd only be able to exchange it or return it for store credit. at least on the website, you can get your money back
