A Rendezvous at LV

It’s been nearly a year since my last bag purchase but I wasn’t necessarily in the market until I saw this and could not resist.


Love. The color, the multiple ways to carry with 2 straps, the unique accordion design, the lack of large logo, all of it.

But I’m also slightly terrified of it. This lamb skin is so buttery soft. I have all different sorts of canvas and leather bags in my collection but nothing seemingly this delicate. I want to use it and not just for special occasions.

Should I treat it with Apple Guard before I carry? Something else? Any bag twins have experiences to share?

Beautiful bag! Love the chain and front lock. I don’t have this bag but do have 3 lambskin bags (2 Chanel and 1 Dior). I say use the bag and enjoy it just avoid abrasive surfaces. I’ve found that lambskin actually ages pretty well. I’ve been able to rub scratches out with my finger.

Odd part is the website describes the bag as calfskin. But the little materials card inside the bag says lambskin.

Bag twins on this one, I received it for my birthday this past March. I am 100% in love with this bag and gave myself a talk on just enjoying it and not worrying about keeping it perfect. The style, the leather, the many ways it can be carried, I love everything about it. Wishing you much joy with your new bag. For me, it's one I'll probably keep forever.

Is yours in lambskin ?

I have bought the red colour ( tomate ) today and the SA told me it was calfskin and on the LV website was written the same.
but then I found a card in the bag stating is was lambskin .

so I am bit confused, because i thought it was calfskin and I would not have bought it when knowing it was lambskin.
so afraid to scratched the bag and baby it. I was thinking to use it as an everyday bag .

any one else have the same bag and how is it with wear and tear ?
