I am usually a 40-40.5 in CLs, but ended up with a 39.5 in these. Go figure! I also tried on the Lucido Python Bianca and was a 39.5 in them, too. I'm feeling it now, though, since I had been running around in my Belle Booties and my feetsies are now puffy. LOL
