Lately, I have been avoiding logos on most everything. I rehomed nearly all of my LV because I no longer want to draw attention to myself.

I was randomly browsing the website recently and saw this amazing little piece of luggage. It’s monogram. It has a ton of vachetta. It screams “Louis Vuitton,” but something about it just seems classic and perfect and I have no idea why I was so drawn to it.

The Carryall:

It was kind of a pain to locate this little bag. At first, there was only one in the U.S. and nobody seemed to want to order it for me. Then, there were a ton; but I learned from calling a few stores that clients had already reserved them.

Luckily, I had to be in Las Vegas this week. And with a million stores, I knew I could probably find one here. A few days before our trip, I called around and had my Carryall reserved.

I’m a little surprised this isn’t more popular. It’s probably the size of a speedy 40. It opens really wide and it has great side pockets. I’ll likely use it as a carry on, but I could easily see carrying it as a large purse. It’s super lightweight.

I wanted to throw out a few pics for anyone else in the market. There’s limited info on this bag on the Purse Forum (but a few people here and there mention how much they love it!).

And it has feet on the bottom! Gotta love a bag with feet.

Congratulations! Perfect, as you say for carry-on, though please don't shove under a seat..LOL). And definitely can be used as a purse, esp on weekends. Love it.
I’m going to spray it with Apple Garde, but it’s totally going under the seat. Part of buying it is my resolve to not freak out about it getting a little dirty. It’s going to be hard to embrace that, though! I sold a Speedy B back in the day because the leather had become an obsessive project for me, lol.

Wow this is nice. I’ve never seen it before! Let me look for it now. Thanks for sharing
Even some of the sales people I spoke with would say, “oh, you mean the Keepall.” Nope! It’s the Carryall. Currently $1890. I can’t say that is reasonable, but in comparison to similar pieces, it’s well-priced. There’s a few on the secondhand market, but I just wanted to start fresh on this one.

Ha..ok. I fly with a Speedy DE, and even that I'm worried about something scratching it. I have a Longchamp Le Pliage and was really bummed that it suffered a long scratch mark from being pushed under a seat. But yes, I am usually all about using your bags! I just have limits now!

I've always loved this bag but never purchased it. So bummed now. How are you liking it? I'm currently looking at the preloved market but I don't want one that looks too used.

I love it. It’s my favorite thing. I have a samorga insert in it that makes it super functional. I was walking around with it in 100 degree weather before I could check into my hotel one day and I thought the handles were ruined, but then they dried perfectly. I actually have the newer purse called the Carryall as well. I have no idea why they named it the same thing. I’m sad to see this one is no longer on the website.
