I think its because its because its graded VERY GOOD while the other two are GOOD and FAIR
That orange soft calf with chocolate brown suede lining is kinda rare too (no idea what season -- maybe 2006 or 07)

I use to own a Firebird Stam (it was Taupe, not black).
The leather is fantastic and the details on the studs are incredible
You seriously got that for a steal!!!

That stam was gorgeous! I love seeing all the unique iterations of stams out there. I haven’t gotten one just yet (well I did and it was fake, so returned) but I’m certain one of these days I’ll find an interesting one for a good price

I sold that one a long time ago and then bought another one about 2 years ago. Sold that one about 6 months ago because despite my love for it, I don’t have a lot of use for the stam any more. I’ve actually sold off almost all my MJ bags. Thats one of the reason I decided to start sharing the bags I find — there’s some really good bargains on some really amazing bags at really low prices. Someone needs to take advantage of them!! I saw the vintage MJ thread and thought some of you might find it useful

Thank you again for sharing! I’m new to really loving the brand especially the older bags so it’s been a fun exploration these last few months so I definitely appreciate seeing these finds.

If you (or anyone else!) happen to spot a Daria or any other bag from the Drummed leather collection for a good price, definitely pls share and I’d be very gratefully. I have a Daria in a dark olive/brown and the Drummed Satchel in red so hoping to find other colors out there 😊

I wanted one of these so bad back in the day because at the time I didn’t care for the contrast stitching. Nowadays the contrast is my favorite thing (go figure!) but this bag is an awesome deal on the ever-classic Venetia.
