I am adding vintage Chanel to my collection as there’s something about these older pieces. Maybe it’s the 24k hardware, the lovely aged soft leather, or the simplicity and timeless appeal of the purses— vintage purse shopping has proven to be a fun treasure hunt!

I initially thought of sending it to Leather Surgeons for restoration but when I saw it in person, it looked like it can hold off on it a bit. Yes, the hardware needs to be redipped but only if you look closely. I think I’ll enjoy it as it is for now. ❤️
As an aside, would love to know your thoughts/ experiences on having vintage purses restored.
