The New York Times Sunday Magazine has a feature today on YSL's Paris apartment.

When Yves Saint Laurent died last June, he left behind a fashion legacy beyond measure — and a lifetime’s accumulation of important furniture and art. Before the gavel falls in what might prove to be the biggest single-owner sale in auction history, three contemporary artists offer one last intimate glimpse of the designer’s inner sanctum.

It's eccentric, extravagant, and so cluttered. But it all just makes SENSE. Thanks for posting Cosmo!

Thanks for posting this Cosmo. I am currently reading about Monsieur Yves too. Very interesting, it talks about his start and friendship with Karl Lagerfeld. The book is entitled The Beautiful Fall -Fashion, Genius and Glorious Excess in 1970s Paris by Alice Drake.
