It's definitely comparable in size & price point. The WOC might hold a little more since the shape is boxier but the Louise's clasp is a bit more secure and enables you to put more while still closing versus a magnetic clasp. The strap is also removable which is nice when carrying it as a clutch! I guess those pluses would make it similar to the Golden Class WOC...
