Hi everyone, about 3 months ago I purchased a pair of new Prada Guaffre Patent boots of Ebay. They arrived promptly, were beautiful, and I was really happy. However, about 6 weeks later I BROKE ONE OF THE BOOTS:sad: The little decorative ankle strap snapped! I did not know what to do - I did not really want to take them to the local shoe repair, but knew that Prada would not be interested if I told them they had been purchased off Ebay, and I did not have a receipt. I emailed my seller just in the off chance she would send me a copy of the receipt, but note that I DID NOT BLAME HER - it was my fault. She was lovely, and took the trouble to help me and sent me the receipt. Prada is now repairing my boots. This was unbelievable customer service from my seller, and far in excess of her obligations. I really expected her to ignore me or tell me to go away. There are some truly great people out there in amongst all the idiots:yes:
