a gift from my SA!!

Wow, that's amazing, nice, generous, etc. Very happy for you, but I have to say, if they are so concerned with profits and whatever translating to crazy price increases right now I'm shocked that there's budget to do stuff like this, or maybe we're just paying for it anyway. On the bright side, it's still wonderful for you, enjoy it for sure, please don't take this as negative, just stating my first reaction......... I'm sure we all get perks in life in different ways...... I think a small token back to the SA is sufficient, I worked in retail for many years and the main reason I ever had to give customer "perks" (when available) was to keep their business, in most cases we weren't even allowed to take gifts from customers so don't stress too much about it....
 
Wouldn't it be great if the company (Chanel) would provide something for SAs to send to their valued customers (like us). Last year Pucci sent a scarf in their Christmas card. It was truly a smile.
