I'm going on vacation and would like to take advantage of the spa, so I decided I'd like to go for a massage and facial. I checked the resorts' site and they don't list specifics on the spa, so I don't know what kind of packages they offer.

My question is -- when should I schedule my facial for? (Beginning of vacation or end of vacation). I'm going to be in the Carribbean so there will be lots of sun. I don't think I'll be going for something too abrasive but I wanted to know what would be best. TIA!

I usually go for a spa treat at the end of my vacation in a paradise island. I want a fresh look when I get home.

I'd go at the end, but definitely not if you are sun burned. At least this way you will have a fresh tanned face, to really make it look like you had a vacation.
