A bit if fun - craftman's mark

If I understand it right, each H craftsman has their own special mark that the leave on each bag they finish. So there is a chance that despite the fact that we are all so spread over the world, some of us could have bags made by the same person. I think it is so amazing that my bag might have been handled, stitched and finished by someone who also handled another tpfer's bag.....

So I thought we could post our craftman's marks and see if we have a match? Perhaps Birkins first?

I know some of the marks are shapes, but shall we have a go?

I have a grand total of 2 Birkins (and yes they still live under the bed!!!) and their marks are:

On my BJ Birkin 35 that I have with me today, the craftsman's mark is
I should check my other bags when I get home to see if any of them are from the same craftsman! That would be exciting.

Wasen't there a similar thread a while ago?? With the search function down it's hard to find it, but it's definetly interesting enough to start another. =P

I don't think this is a very good idea????? The company that makes fake Hermes allows you to choose your own craftspersons ID.
This is an easy way for some dishonest person to have access to authentic numbers.
They could easily choose one and it may end up being sold on Ebay!
