is it whack that I don't like it?
I don't care for the shape and what would you do w/ it?
I know a stone that massive is rare, but buying it for a vault stinks IMO.
I'd rather have 4 beautiful pieces made from it. . . heck, I'd rather have 15 beautiful pieces!

I could see that in a crown or sceptor for a queen, but not sure what else? Perhaps someone will buy it for an investment? I agree the cut is weird, but the shape of the stone was probably odd to begin with so they probably tried to cut it the best they could to preserve as much of the stone as possible?

I agree. I'm not liking the cut it looks rather odd.. I would rather have several pieces made from it.

i do not like the shape of the stone but i bet i will make a gorgeous neckpiece if the futere owner takes it to a good house specialized in working with stones of that caliber.
